Make an Offer
How Doesit work?
Make An Offer allows you to negotiate the price of any listing. When negotiating, please click on “Make An Offer” , enter your name, E-mail, comments, quantity, your price. Then, review your information and select “Submit”.
What to expect when I make an offer?
Benzadent may accept or not your offer. We can also send you a counter offer and you will have 72 hours to respond it. Benzadent can either accept, decline, or counter your offer. However, you can keep making offers on any of our products.

Shipping Time?
Benzadent usually ships orders in 1-3 business day average. However, for some pre-orders or Wholesale orders may take up to 30 business days.
How Much Does The Shipping Cost?
We usually offer free shipping on all orders within USA. However, we might charge a shipping fee depending if the ordered item is considered a heavy item (weighs 8 pounds or more).

Do I need a Dental License to Purchase from Benzadent?
Customers might be required a Dental license when purchasing Class I and Class II drugs and devices from Benzadent.
Availability to buy from any dental category?
All products might be available for purchasing. However, a valid dental or DEA license might be required to buy Class I and Class II drugs and devices.
How do I know if a product has a good expiration date?
All products have 6-month minimum expiration date. All products that expire in less than 6 months, will be noted on product description page.
Are products sold on Benzadent genuine?
All of our products are 100% genuine. We only order from authorized resellers. Some of our products come from the so-called “parallel importing” or “Gray market”. A gray market product is the one that is brought from authorized vendors from overseas to be sold in USA. Parallel imported products sold on Benzadent are not covered by their factory warranty. However, those products are 100% genuine and backed by the vendors.
How do I unsubscribe from e-mail newsletter?

How does it work?
If you want to order multiple items, or place a wholesaled order, please send us an order to benzadent@gmail.com and we will send you a wholesale customized price list.
How do you place wholesaled orders?
You do not need to add multiple items to your cart, you can just email us at benzadent@gmail.com
and we will get back to you ASAP.
What to do if I am interested in products that are not currently sold on Benzadent?
Please, feel free to send us a list of items and we will be more than happy to check the availability, quantity, and EDT of any product.
How do I pay?
You will be able to place and order and pay for it on our website by PayPal or credit card.
