Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Benzadent. Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may exchange or return your purchase for a refund (excluding shipping and handling charges) within 30 days from the date on which you received the Goods.
We are trying our best to avoid any mistakes related to choosing sizes or shades when purchasing from our online store. Please, note that all available sizes and shades are stated to facilitate our customers’ purchasing process.

The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.

Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or plural.

For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy:

- Goods refer to the items offered for sale on the Service.
- Orders mean a request by You to purchase Goods from Us.
- Service refers to the Website.

- You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable
Your Order Cancellation Rights
You are entitled to cancel Your Order within 30 days without giving any reason for doing so.
The deadline for cancelling an Order is 30 days from the date on which You received the Goods or on which a third party you have appointed, who is not the carrier, takes possession of the product delivered.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payments as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
- The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
- The Goods and accessories are labeled in the original packaging, unused, unopened and returned with original receipt/email confirmation.
- All purchases, accessories, exchanges, and packing materials must be in new condition to avoid refusal of the returned merchandise or restocking fees. Any signs of wear, damages, or removal of parts, will result in refusal of your return.
- If when you receive your purchase, there are any noticeable discrepancies or damages, or if the item is not what was ordered, please contact Benzadent at info@benzadent.com within 7 days of receipt of your shipment to make the necessary corrections.
- If a return shipping label is provided via email, please print the label and tape it to the shipping carton. We do not reimburse or refund charges if a third-party shipper is used, such as Mail Boxes etc. or Postal Annex.
The following Goods cannot be returned:
- The supply of Goods made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.
- The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned or deteriorate rapidly.
- The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons.
- The supply of Goods which are, after delivery, according to their nature, inseparably mixed with other items.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
- Contact us by email: info@benzadent.com within 30 days of your purchase to request either a return or exchange.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton once we authorize the return or exchange.
- Include the invoice or email confirmation.
- Do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacture’s package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.
- Goods must be returned at the same way they were received for us to be able to reimburse your account.

- We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
